Xenia Hernandez is an educator, consultant, researcher, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience supporting schools, districts, nonprofit organizations, and community partners. As the Founder of Xenia Collective, she specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, community engagement, professional learning, and organizational improvement. She is known for creating accessible, community-centered experiences that strengthen partnerships, increase engagement, and expand opportunities for diverse learners.
A first-generation Latina raised in Los Angeles by immigrant parents, Xenia brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Through Xenia Collective, she partners with organizations to deliver research-based solutions that build capacity, foster belonging, and create lasting change while honoring the unique strengths and cultures of the communities they serve.
